Detailsa profusion of tulips in a glass bowl with a cup of tea to enjoy them. Bold reds and yellows fill the field of vision with their cheery innocence and energy. With their fat round heads I'm going to guess these are double petal tulps, which are so heavy with extra petals that they can break easily and sure enough, a broken stem sits on the table. Also on the table is a gleaming tea cup with figures (people? birds?). A vibrant vignette from a peaceful spring day of flower arranging. On stretched canvas with a signature that is unfortunately smudged and hard to read. The somewhat modern logo on the back makes me think this is later 20th century painting, maybe from the 80's.
