Daisy Oil Painting, original mid century floral still life
$148.00
-
DetailsA lovely floral still life in a rustic wood frame. Daisies and mimosa flowers, practically throw themselves at us from a rust colored background. Quick brush strokes and impasto capture the energy and freshness of a summer day. No artist signature, which is a shame. No date either but judging from the canvas and the fact that the daisy was the It-Girl of the 1960's, I'm going to guess that this is a true mid century find. In excellent vintage condition. Measures 25" tall x 20.5" wide. In a very rustic frame raw wood frame which adds to it's naif charm.
